When I host a party, organization and preparation are critical to its success. This actually astonishes my family because it is about the only time I am organized and prepared.

This is how I plan my parties:
I decide why I want to have a party. Is it to unwind with co-workers after a work week? Meet new neighbors? Get together for friends? There are many reasons to entertain.
